Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped from Germany. We offer two shipping options, both priced the same worldwide:
  • Standard Shipping: Trackable until the package leaves Germany
  • Tracked Shipping: Trackable until final delivery

Delivery Times:
  • European Union (EU): 4–8 working days
  • Rest of the World: 5–15 working days

Delays:
If your order is delayed, you may choose:
  • 50% refund, or
  • A small compensation package including 1 sticker + A6 print

Customs & Import Duties:
  • Shipments outside the EU may incur customs duties or extra fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
  • If customs fees are unpaid, the package may be returned. The shop/artist is not responsible for any loss.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other third-party carriers.


Refund & Returns Policy


Damaged Goods:
  • If your order arrives damaged (the prodcut, and not the shipping box or envelope), you may choose:
    • 100% refund on the damaged item, or
    • A small compensation package including 1 sticker + A6 print

Returns are not accepted.


Goodies & recurring orders


For all orders above €10, we include free goodies in your package as a thank-you. These may include stickers, mini prints, or other small surprises.
  • Goodies are random and may vary month by month.
  • They cannot be chosen, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Goodies are added automatically and depend on availability.

Recurring Orders:
Starting from your second order, every returning customer receives a free print or postcard included with their purchase.

We take your privacy seriously. Personal information is used only for marketing purposes, including:
  • Creating posts for official social media channels
