Do you include goodies or extras in the orders? 

Yes! For every order above €10, we always add a few free goodies, such as stickers or a small print. If you’re a returning customer, you’ll also receive a free postcard with your order! It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting the shop.


Can I send an order as a gift or have it gift-wrapped?

Absolutely! You can add a note directly in the order form. The package will be carefully wrapped with love.


Do you have discounts, bundles, or seasonal promotions?

We offer bundles throughout the year, and discounts or promotions are shared on Instagram or applied directly in the shop.


Can we resell your art in our shop or website?

No, not without contacting the artist first. Please reach out for permission before reselling any work.

Which payment methods do you accept, and is my data secure?

We use Stripe for payments, so you can pay with any major method. Your data is safe and secure.


What should I do if my order is lost in transit?

Please contact us directly. We’ll check the situation and work with you to find a solution.


Are there extra fees for shipping outside the EU?

No extra fees from us, but please check our shipping policy as there might be custom duties. If possible, we recommend choosing the tracked option for extra security.
